Warehouse and Inventory Staff
About the role
TruLaboratories Corporation is seeking a diligent and organized Warehouse and Inventory Staff to join our team in Cubao, Quezon City and who's willing to go under an agency employment as well. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory management and maintaining a well-organized storage facility.
What you'll be doing- Receive, unload, and properly store incoming goods and materials
- Pick, pack, and ship outgoing orders accurately and on time
- Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain detailed inventory records
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies in inventory levels
- Assist in the organisation and upkeep of the warehouse layout
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely
- Support the fulfilment of customer orders and the distribution of products
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimise warehouse efficiency
- At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory control role
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to maintain accurate inventory
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems and inventory software
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physically fit to perform tasks involving lifting, moving, and standing for extended periods
