Aircon technician - Quezon City
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Aircon Technician to join our growing team at Hansung Telecommunications Services Inc.'. This is a full-time position based in Metro Manila. As an Aircon Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of air conditioning systems, ensuring our clients' comfort and satisfaction.
What you'll be doing- Perform regular inspections, preventive maintenance and repair of air conditioning systems
- Install new air conditioning units according to specifications and safety standards
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with air conditioning systems and carry out necessary repairs
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and order parts as needed
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety guidelines
- At least 2 years of experience as an Aircon Technician or in a similar role
- Strong technical knowledge of air conditioning systems, including installation, maintenance and repair
- Familiarity with industry-standard tools and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Customer service orientation and the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Commitment to safety and a keen eye for detail
- Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours when needed
