Job Description:

• Perform general office administrative and clerical duties.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing stocks for delivery to clients and branch locations.
• Conduct field visits to perform spot audits and inventory checks of stocks, petty cash, and sales in various branches.
• Prepare reports, including audit findings and discrepancies.
• Assist in conducting surprise audits and investigations in Mindanao branches.
• Monitor the movement of stocks by ensuring that all necessary documents are properly signed by authorized personnel.

Qualifications:

• The candidate must be a graduate of a four-year degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accountancy, or a related field.
• At least one year of experience in inventory management is an advantage.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork, perform surprise audits, and travel to nearby provinces.
• Candidates must possess computer literacy and familiarity with inventory or audit software, which will be considered advantageous.
• Willing to start as soon as possible.
• Amenable to working in Cebu.
