The Role As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will be the voice of our clients and our brand. Your primary focus will be initiating outbound calls to prospective clients, generating qualified leads, and closing sales over the phone. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume calling environment, possesses excellent persuasive skills, and embraces the challenge of turning a cold prospect into a warm lead.
Key Responsibilities- Outbound Calling: Execute a high volume of daily outbound cold calls to targeted prospects to introduce services, generate interest, and set appointments.
- Lead Qualification: Effectively navigate gatekeepers, identify key decision-makers, and qualify leads based on defined criteria.
- Pitching & Objection Handling: Deliver compelling pitches, actively listen to customer needs, and confidently overcome objections to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- CRM Management: Accurately document all call outcomes, client interactions, and follow-up activities in the tracking system in real-time.
- KPI Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates.
- Proven experience as a Telemarketer, Outbound Sales Representative, or similar role within a BPO or call center environment.
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills, with a clear, professional, and confident phone presence.
- Strong resilience and a positive attitude, with the ability to handle rejection gracefully and maintain high energy levels.
- Ability to learn and adapt to sales scripts quickly, while sounding natural and conversational.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and auto-dialer software.
