Full Stack Developer | Mon-Fri | AM Shift | Office-Based

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and continuously enhance a key business-critical system that supports day-to-day operations across the business. This role will work across both front-end and back-end development, translating business requirements into secure, reliable, and well-built software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, test, and maintain front-end interfaces and back-end services for the assigned core system.
• Ensure software solutions are secure, performant, scalable, and maintainable.
• Take ownership of system stability, defect resolution, continuous improvement, and new feature delivery.
• Work with stakeholders to translate operational requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations between the core system and other enterprise platforms.
• Apply strong engineering practices, including version control, code review, automated testing, and documentation.
• Provide ongoing user support, gather feedback, and prioritise system enhancements.
• Manage development work through structured sprints/iterations using Azure DevOps, including backlog tracking, CI/CD pipelines, testing, approvals, and release deployment.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field with at least 3+ years of experience in a full stack or software development role, ideally within construction, engineering, logistics, or similar industries.
• Strong front-end development experience using modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue, with solid HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript fundamentals.
• Strong back-end development experience using PHP and Laravel, including Eloquent ORM, Blade templating, migrations, queues, APIs, and Laravel testing tools.
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL, including data modelling and query design.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating different systems and services.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Git, Repos, Boards, Pipelines, CI/CD release pipelines, and cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.
• Understanding of secure coding practices and information security principles.
• Strong communicator and proactive problem-solver, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, explain concepts clearly, take ownership, and deliver practical system improvements.
• Must be willing to work full time onsite at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City (Monday - Friday, morning shift).
