• At least 2 years of IT project management experience
• Proven ability to deliver multiple concurrent onboarding projects on time and within budget
• Strong expertise in project management methodologies and governance frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to lead customers, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
• Solid understanding of cloud, infrastructure, networking, and cyber security technologies
• Knowledge of QA validation and verification principles
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards
• Strong understanding of ITIL fundamentals
• PMI certification or an equivalent credential such as PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, or SAFe
• Previous experience in IT services, managed services, consulting, infrastructure, cloud, or cyber security environments is preferred

• Lead successful customer engagement and end-to-end project delivery
• Review proposals and statements of work to identify gaps, risks, and missing information
• Identify resource requirements, constraints, and dependencies, and develop effective delivery strategies
• Manage hardware, software, and systems delivery to provide scalable managed services solutions
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Designers, and Delivery SMEs to translate requirements into clear project deliverables
• Estimate project costs, develop budgets, and monitor expenses throughout the project lifecycle
• Deliver projects on time and within approved budget constraints
• Facilitate clear communication among project teams, stakeholders, and customers
• Provide timely project status updates, reports, and documentation
• Improve delivery templates to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and process consistency
• Support project governance by following established delivery methodologies and best practices
