What is your mission?

Effectively and adequately handle transactions and deliver an outstanding customer experience through phone and email
Act timely on feedback provided by internal and external stakeholders with the objective of improving performance

Who are we looking for?

High School Graduate
Must have at least 1 year customer service or technical support experience in a BPO setup supporting international customers
Must have at least 6 months experience in a voice account
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Positive, self-motivated, and energetic
Amenable to work in rotating shifts
Can work at Robinsons Cybergate 1, Pavia, Iloilo
