Job Summary:

The Office Staff is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations. The position involves handling documents, maintaining records, preparing reports, assisting employees and clients, and performing various office-related tasks assigned by management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative and clerical tasks such as filing, encoding, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • Maintain and organize company records, files, and documents.
  • Prepare reports, letters, memos, and other office documents.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
  • Assist employees, clients, and visitors regarding office concerns.
  • Monitor office supplies and request replenishment when needed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing documents and correspondence.
  • Coordinate with different departments regarding office requirements and transactions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office area.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and company activities.
  • Perform other duties assigned by supervisors or management.

Qualifications:

  • College level or graduate of any course.
  • Experience in office or administrative work is an advantage.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and hardworking.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Trustworthy and professional in handling confidential information.
