The Digital Designer & Category Specialist will support Laundry, Fabric Enhancers (FE), Dish Care, and Air Care categories
by delivering high-quality POSM, digital materials, 3D pack renders, promotional assets, and planograms. The role requires strong design skills,accuracy, and the ability to meet high-volume demandswith on-time delivery aligned to P&G brand standards.
Scope of Work / Responsibilities- POSM (Point-of-Sale Materials) Development
Develop digital POSM assets using brand Key Visuals and CBU inputs including Multispots, Mass Displays, Endcaps, Topshelves, etc.
Produce specialized POSM for ASC claim submission.
Resize POSM materials according to FFU structures (e.g., 2x2 1.5x1.5, endcaps, posters, arcs).
Create small-format POSM elements such as wobblers, shelf strips, and price cards.
Deliver17 initiatives per quarterwith KPIs:
100% timely submission
100% accurate revisions
Quality approved by BM/MS&P- Online Material Development
Relayout KV for digital channels such as Facebook and YouTube.
Adapt KV into online assets and GIFs as required.
Expected output:9 online assets per quarter.- 3D Pack Rendering
Render high-quality 3D SKU images (4 per quarter).
Ensure pack accuracy, realistic lighting, and brand consistency.- Promo Material Production
Develop large-volume promotional materials including:
oBelly bands (10 per cycle)
oPromo stickers (26 per cycle)
oCustom promotional designs (15 per cycle)
Support promo campaigns for51 SKUs, equivalent to76.5 hours/month.- Other Category Requests
Address customer-specific adaptation requests (relayout of KV or resized structures).
Expected output: 46 assets per quarter.- Category Management & Planogram Support
Create and revise80 planograms per quarterfor multiple retail channels.
Consolidate planograms for RPS/MQG use.
Ensure accuracy, relevance, and brand compliance.- QBP & Business Support Materials
Develop Business Review slides for QBP cycles.
Create QBP invites, teasers, theme visuals, and logos.
Support other business design needs as required.
