Territory Sales Manager – North Luzon

Key Responsibilities
- Territory Strategy: Ilocos Region (Region I), Cagayan Valley (Region II), Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR), Central Luzon (Region III) and other parts of North Luzon.
- C-Suite & Clinical Engagement: Build rapport with Medical Directors, ICU Heads, and Pulmonologists, as well as Technical Working Groups (TWG) and BAC members.
- Tender Management: Lead the end-to-end bidding process, ensuring all technical specifications and compliance documents for MSA solutions are met.
- Consultative Selling: Translate complex clinical features into operational and financial ROI for hospital administrators.
- Homecare Integration: Expand our footprint by coordinating with physicians for home-based patient care solutions.
- Market Intelligence: Provide real-time feedback on competitor movements and procurement trends within the Philippine healthcare sector.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Life Sciences, Nursing, or Biomedical Engineering is a major plus).
- Experience: At least 3+ years of proven success in hospital equipment or medical device sales.
- Local Mastery: A pre-established network of contacts within the public and private hospital circuits in the North Luzon region.
- Mobility: Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel.
