HR Payroll Specialist

The HR Payroll Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process for our employees. This role ensures the accurate and timely processing of payroll while upholding compliance with Philippine labor laws and internal company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees in compliance with government regulations (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
• Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Prepare and file government contributions and reports (Alphalist, BIR Form 2316, etc.).
• Maintain and update employee records including salary changes, deductions, and leaves.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance departments regarding employee movements, benefits, and compensation adjustments.
• Assist in internal and external audits related to payroll.
• Ensure compliance with DOLE and other applicable labor laws and regulations.
• Support other HR functions as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in payroll processing.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine payroll regulations, taxation, and government contributions.
• Proficient in using payroll systems and Microsoft Excel.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Preferred:

• Experience with payroll software.
• Background in both HR and Finance is a plus.
