• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
• Experience working in a deadline-driven environment
• Experience working as part of a team, independently, and under close direction
• Experience with project management software, such as Wrike, is a plus
• All applicants must provide a portfolio
• 2-3 years of professional graphic design or digital creative production experience
• Portfolio exhibiting a mix of digital and print, including digital marketing work, display ads, website, and responsive design
• Exceptional design skills with the ability to utilize design principles and best practices to effectively communicate marketing and sales messaging
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud with expert-level knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Ability to set up and/or update existing production files and export the graphics for use on the web, print or in video
• Familiarity with the use and manipulation of stock photos
• Ability to shift gears quickly and adapt to changing strategy and objectives while staying resilient and maintaining a great attitude
• Ability to manage time and work with a sense of urgency to complete multiple ongoing projects simultaneously
• Ability to work in on a cross-functioning team, sharing projects, knowledge and experience

• Create digital display ads, desktop and mobile social media graphics, and email designs using in-house templates
• Produce custom-designed digital display ads, social media graphics, and email creatives
• Gather required information from sellers to produce template-based designs for client approval
• Collaborate closely with project managers through Wrike to deliver final custom creatives
• Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines, quality standards, and project timelines
• Work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining high creative output
