Billing Assistant
About the Role
The person is responsible to prepare billing summaries in a timely manner. Prepares documents for billing invoices such as waybills.
Key Accountabilities- Confirms trucking billings, sorts and checks delivered documents.
- Creates transmittal of request payment and accounts payable voucher.
- Monitors expenses of truckers and other related expenses
- Submits required weekly expense report.
- Submits required month-end financials reports.
- Ensures accurate and on time preparation of billing statements.
- Graduate of any four- year Business course
- With experience in logistics or cargo operations
- Proficient in MS Office
