The Service Crew is responsible for providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced food service environment. They ensure that customers have a pleasant dining experience by attending to their needs efficiently and courteously.
Greet customers and take their orders accurately
Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and service areas
Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed at all times
Assist in restocking supplies and inventory as needed
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years old and up
- At least Senior High Graduate
- Experience in the food industry is an advantage
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
