Service Advisor | URGENT | ONSITE

Job Summary:

Icon Equipment Solutions Philippines is looking for a Service Advisor for the Parañaque Area to manage and assist our client's needs.

Main Functions:

• Maintain a positive relationship with customers, ensuring their needs are met.
• Ensure the best possible after sales service is being provided to customers.
• Identify required services of customer, provide quotations and process orders.
• Updates the internal and external customers on the status of the job in order to ensure completion within the committed date.
• Assist with the management of employees and day-to-day operations

Key Requirements:

• At least 1 year working experience in the related field is required for this position (Heavy Equipment & Construction experience is a plus)
• Candidate must preferably possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Strong data gathering and analytical skills including ability to analyze information from different sources and provide appropriate recommendations.
• Computer literate, proficient in MS word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Additional knowledge in other program or application is an advantage
• Willing to work in Parañaque City
