As a frontline content moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing user-generated content, enforcing platform guidelines, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues. Your role is essential in maintaining the integrity of the platform and ensuring a positive experience for users and partners alike
Qualifications/Requirements- Proficiency in English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken)
- Familiarity with the Vietnamese market is a strong advantage
- Excellent reading comprehension and critical thinking skills
- 1–2 years of experience in content moderation, customer service, trust & safety, or related fields (preferred)
- Knowledge of content policy enforcement, community guidelines, and basic moderation tools
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, emotionally resilient, and receptive to feedback
