Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant with strong experience in Fund Operations, Cash Management, and Financial Reporting. This is an Individual Contributor role with a fast-track pathway to Managerial Responsibility as the team scales.

Role Overview

As a Senior Accountant, you'll take ownership of end-to-end fund operations and cash flow processes, ensuring compliance, transparency, and financial accuracy. You will be a key partner to senior leadership in managing investor activity, reporting, liquidity, and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily cash positions, liquidity planning, and execution of cash strategies.
Coordinate funding activities and optimize credit line utilization.
Lead fund accounting, investor reporting, and NAV pack reviews with fund administrators.
Reconcile investor portfolios, cash balances, and interest remittances.
Deliver accurate financial statements, dashboards, and management reports.
Build and maintain robust internal controls, SOPs, and audit support.
Contribute to risk assessment, compliance, and ongoing process improvements.

Key Performance Indicators

100% accuracy in cash reports, forecasts & reconciliations
On-time delivery of investor financials and fund statements
Zero-error rate in accounting and internal controls
Compliance with credit/funding covenants & investor requirements

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in accounting, fund ops, or financial services
Strong analytical and financial reporting skills
Proficiency in MS Excel & financial systems
Excellent English communication and stakeholder management
