Job Description

Give instructions and/or orders to subordinates.

Be held responsible for the work and actions of their subordinates

Organized the work group.Assign projects to subordinates.

Process application of Building permits and etc.

Enforce rules.Supervise and motivate subordinates.

Develop group cohesiveness

Solve routine daily problems.

Control or evaluate performance of subordinates .

Discipline subordinates.

Ensures facilities equipment problems are attended to in a timely manner.

Interprets and analyzes data on facilities machine performance and prepares or implements corrective and preventive action plan.

Ensures wearing of PPEs inside the company premises.

Ensure to perform Environmental Management System

Maintains 5S and safety

Participate in 5S, Safety & Environmental, Kaizen, and other company activities

Performs other related duties as may be assigned from time-to-time

Qualifications/Requirements

Registered Electrical Engineer
