Role Objective
We are seeking a senior-level Strategic Marketing Research Manager to lead brand and new category market research initiatives. This role will be responsible for generating strategic, investor-ready presentations that guide long-term opportunity identification and growth direction for the company.
Key Responsibilities- Lead brand and new category market research, including:
- Industry sizing and market scale analysis
- Growth trend forecasting
- Consumer insight development
- Competitive landscape analysis
- Deliver quarterly market opportunity research reports
- Participate in pre-incubation validation for new brands and assess market attractiveness and feasibility
- Establish and continuously refine the company’s long-term Market Intelligence framework
- Minimum 5 years of experience in market research or strategic analysis
- Background in FMCG, Beauty, Personal Care, or E-commerce is highly preferred
- Strong capability in market sizing methodologies (TAM / SAM / SOM)
- Excellent analytical and logical thinking skills, with the ability to model competitive scenarios
- Strong presentation skills; capable of developing investor-grade strategic decks
- Proficient in Excel and data analysis tools
