• Coordinate and manage the distribution of products to ensure timely delivery and efficient operations.
• Oversee multiple sales programs and ensure smooth execution.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies that align with consumer needs and market trends.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to streamline distribution processes.
• Monitor inventory levels and work with logistics to ensure product availability.
• Analyze market data and provide insights to optimize distribution strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Manage distribution team performance and provide guidance for continuous improvement.

• Has a Marketing or business related degree
• Has excellent communication, interpersonal, task management, creativity and innovation, problem-solving, and coordination.
• FMCG experience a definite plus
• Handle multiple sales/programs simultaneously
• Has good knowledge in fundamentals of consumer marketing.
• Good oral & written communication skills
• Good driving skills, Team player, & people management
