As a B2B Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, addressing inquiries, and delivering excellent service to business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and/or outbound B2B customer interactions
• Provide accurate information and resolve client concerns efficiently
• Maintain professionalism in all customer communications
• Meet performance metrics and quality standards
• Document interactions and update records using company systems
• Work collaboratively with the team to improve customer satisfaction

Salary Package:

• PHP 20,000

Hiring Period:

• Start Date: April 26, 2026
• End Date: May 26, 2026

Work Setup:

• Onsite – Clark Site
• Fixed Night Shift
• Weekends and US Holidays Off

Requirements:

• At least High School Graduate
• With at least 6 months BPO experience (preferred but not required)
• Good communication skills
• Willing to work onsite in Clark
• Amenable to a fixed night shift schedule
