Are you a results-driven leader with a strong track record in Facade, Glass & Aluminum solutions for vertical construction projects? We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who can lead, strategize, and deliver sustainable growth in one of the most competitive industries in construction.

Core Functions
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process – from prospecting, lead generation, client presentations, negotiations, to contract closing.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the company’s presence in vertical construction projects (high-rise buildings, malls, office towers, hotels, etc.).
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships with developers, architects, contractors, and project managers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to sharpen the company’s competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and project teams to ensure client requirements are translated into successful project delivery.
