Demand Planner

The Demand Planner supports the Supply Chain team by analyzing sales trends, maintaining demand planning data, and assisting in the preparation of demand forecasts. The role helps ensure that demand signals are accurately captured and translated into planning inputs to support product availability and balanced inventory levels across warehouses and distribution channels.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management, Statistics, Engineering or any related field.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Proficient in SAP (MM/WMS modules) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and basic formulas).
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with the ability to identify demand patterns and trends.
• Ability to review sales data and provide insights to support forecasting and replenishment planning.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and reporting.
• Good communication and coordination skills when working with cross-functional teams such as sales, supply chain, and warehouse operations.
• Ability to manage multiple reports and planning activities while meeting deadlines.
• Basic understanding of demand planning concepts such as forecasting, sales trend analysis, and inventory turnover.
