Job Description

1. Overseeing all aspects of a company's inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels by monitoring incoming and outgoing goods, analyzing data to identify trends, implementing strategies to optimize inventory control processes, and coordinating with purchasing departments to maintain appropriate stock levels, all while adhering to budget constraints and company policies.
2. Report the status to various people throughout the organization, including senior managers in Bengali Language.
3. Managing a team of inventory specialists working within a warehouse environment.
4. Accurately recording and monitoring stock levels using inventory management systems, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues.
5. Analyzing sales data to predict future inventory needs and adjust purchasing orders accordingly.
6. Conducting regular physical inventory counts to verify accuracy against system records.
7. Managing inventory costs by minimizing overstocking and minimizing stockouts.

1. Expertise in inventory management software and systems.
2. Maintaining accuracy in inventory records and processes.
3. Ability to report compelling presentation and proposal in Bengali Language.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication in Bengali Language.
5. College Graduate
