Job Overview
Lead overall sales strategy and execution to drive revenue growth and business expansion. Oversee multiple teams, develop leaders, and ensure alignment of sales goals with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor sales managers and team leaders
- Drive revenue growth and achieve business targets
- Oversee pipeline, forecasting, and key deals

- 5+ years of leadership experience in sales (BPO preferred)
