As a Customer Service Agent for Travel and Hospitality, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service to clients in the travel and hospitality industry. Joining our dynamic team in Quezon City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for handling a range of customer inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience for all our valued clients.
This is a full-time position, and we are looking for candidates who can start as soon as possible.
What you'll be doing- Responding to inbound customer calls and emails, providing prompt and efficient assistance
- Resolving customer issues and queries related to travel bookings, reservations, and general hospitality-related matters
- Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and updating customer information in our systems
- Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and providing feedback to the team
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure a coordinated and comprehensive response to customer needs
- Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and maintain high-quality standards
- No CC experience required
- At least High School Graduate
- Excellent Communications skills
- Can start immediately
