KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Guest Engagement & Service- Warmly welcome guests on the gaming floor and assist with inquiries in a professional manner.
- Support Casino Hosts in maintaining positive relationships with regular patrons and potential VIP players.
- Provide assistance with membership applications, card replacements, redemption transactions, and other loyalty program services.
- Assist in implementing marketing promotions, special events, and guest activities.
- Support the execution of guest invitations, complimentary services, and prize redemptions.
- Maintain accurate guest information and assist in updating customer profiles.
- Promote ongoing casino promotions and events to players.
- Provide on-the-ground assistance during marketing events, tournaments, and programs.
- Support the distribution of collaterals and coordination of event logistics.
- Provide direct support to the Senior Casino Host’s assigned initiatives and instructions.
- Assist in on-ground execution of campaigns, promotions, and events to ensure smooth implementation.
- Deliver customer service support on-site, including handling inquiries, redemption, and guest assistance during activations.
- Ensure adherence to PAGCOR regulations, responsible gaming practices, and company policies.
- Assist in preparing basic reports on player activities, membership, and event participation.
- Report guest concerns, feedback, and service opportunities to the Casino Host or Supervisor.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field preferred.
- 1 year of experience in guest services, front office, or casino/hotel operations is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong customer service orientation with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Familiarity with casino games and systems such as CMS (Casino Management Systems) is an advantage.
- Previous casino dealing experience is preferred but may be optional.

- With above-average dental health; specifically, without braces
- No visible tattoos, birthmarks, or scars
- Can speak and understand Mandarin is an advantage
- Willing to work in Guiguinto, Bulacan
- At least 165cm in height
