Our client is seeking a motivated Telesales Representative to build strong relationships with real estate professionals. In this role, you’ll lead 30-minute consultative calls with warm, pre-qualified agents and brokers—no high-volume cold calling.

With excellent conversion rates and a commission-based structure, this position offers both financial rewards and career growth in a thriving market niche.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct strategic outbound calls to promote exclusive membership services to qualified real estate professionals.
  • Lead consultative 30-minute conversations, focusing on relationship-building and understanding prospect needs.
  • Work with warm leads generated from targeted campaigns as well as qualified database prospects.
  • Present compelling membership value propositions and confidently answer detailed questions.
  • Actively listen to prospects’ experiences and provide tailored solutions to industry frustrations.
  • Schedule and manage follow-up appointments with interested prospects.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed prospect records in the Zoho CRM system.
  • Close membership sales through consultative, relationship-focused conversations (no high-pressure tactics).
  • Collaborate with a small, focused team and participate in training/support sessions.
Requirements
  • Exceptional English communication skills with clear, professional pronunciation and minimal accent.
  • Proven ability to hold extended consultative conversations with confidence and enthusiasm.
  • Genuine comfort with outbound calling—no call reluctance.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Zoho preferred) for effective prospect and pipeline management.
  • Background in consultative or relationship-based selling, ideally within professional services.
  • Strong active listening skills to uncover needs and address complex prospect concerns.
  • Ability to learn and articulate detailed membership benefits and REO industry concepts.
  • Excellent objection-handling and natural rapport-building skills with real estate professionals.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven mindset with commission and bonus potential.
