Reports To: Lead Architect

Position Summary:

The Landscape Architect will work with and collaborate with the firm’s engineers, architects, surveyors, community planners and other Consultants to meet the design specifications of the client for the outdoor space, and to draw up the plans in explicit details, modelling of the space with structures, walkways, and other necessary components to better visualization.

• Consults with professionals and clients about external area designs, costs and construction;
• Compiles and analyses site and community data about geographical and ecological features, landforms, soils, vegetation, site hydrology, visual characteristics and human-made structures, to formulate land use and development recommendations, and for preparing environmental impact statements; and
• Prepares reports, site plans, working drawings, specifications and cost estimates for land development, shows location and details of proposals, including ground modelling, structures, vegetation and access.

• 3 – 5 years of overall professional experience in Landscape Architecture
• Advanced knowledge of production of design deliverables in InDesign, Photoshop, SketchUp, Revit, CAD through digital media and hand sketching.
• Critical and analytical thinking
• Experience with international consultants/ experts an advantage

• Graduate of BS Landscape Architecture
• Registered professional with minimum of 10 years related work experience gained from Architectural and/or Consulting and Design firms.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
