Posted on 7 April 2026Manage the hotel’s financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, profit and loss reports, and other management reports.
Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, government regulations, and internal financial policies.
Coordinate with department heads to monitor budgets, control costs, and support revenue strategies.
Supervise and guide the accounting and finance team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial processes.
Assist in financial audits, tax preparation, and regulatory reporting requirements.
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure proper internal controls and safeguard the hotel’s financial assets.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Proven experience in finance or accounting management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting principles.
Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical, leadership, and organizational skills.
High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
