Key Responsibilities- Outbound Sales & Lead Generation
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients
- Identify customer needs and present suitable financial products/services
- Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline
- Sales Conversion & Account Handling
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Handle objections and close sales effectively
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide after-sales support
- CRM & Reporting
- Update and manage customer data in CRM systems
- Track sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales progress
- Customer Experience
- Deliver excellent customer service during all interactions
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
Qualifications
✅ Required Skills & Experience- At least 1–3 years experience in outbound sales / telesales / cold calling
- Background in finance, banking, insurance, or financial services
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup
- Experience in BPO sales, financial accounts, or investment products
- Knowledge of KYC, financial compliance, or financial products (loans, insurance, investments)
- Familiarity with remote sales tools and dialers
- Stable internet connection (at least 25 Mbps)
- Laptop/desktop with updated OS
- Headset with noise cancellation
