Position: Consultant

The Consultant will provide expert advisory, technical solutions, and project support in the IT and Value-Added Services (VAS) sector. The role requires strong communication skills in English and Mandarin to effectively engage with clients, partners, and internal teams across diverse markets.

• Engage with clients to understand business objectives, technical needs, and operational challenges.
• Recommend innovative IT–VAS solutions aligned with client strategies.
• Act as a bridge between clients and internal technical teams.
• Ensure solutions meet performance, security, and scalability standards.
• Support cross-border communication and negotiations in English and Mandarin.
• Manage client projects and ensure everything is delivered on time.
• Provide training and workshops to clients and teams in both languages.

Qualifications/Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT support, consulting, or a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Business or related field.
• Fluency in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written) is required.
• Strong understanding of mobile platforms, value-added services, and digital solutions.
• Strong communication skills to clearly explain complex technical solutions to clients in Mandarin and English.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and project coordination experience.
