About the role
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (Voice & Non-Voice Account) to join our growing team in Makati City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that offers the flexibility of virtual application and remote work opportunities.As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our clients' satisfaction by providing exceptional support across both voice and non-voice channels. This position is integral to our customer service operations and directly impacts our reputation for delivering outstanding service quality.
Key responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Respond to customer emails, live chat messages, and other non-voice communication channels in a timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products and services to address customer needs and concerns
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the company database with precision
- Resolve customer complaints and issues to their satisfaction while adhering to company policies
- Process customer orders, requests, and transactions accurately and efficiently
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialised departments when necessary
- Maintain a professional and empathetic demeanour in all customer interactions
- Meet and exceed performance targets including call handling time, response time, and customer satisfaction scores
- Participate in training programmes and stay updated on product knowledge and company procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is preferred
- Proven customer service experience, either in a call centre environment or similar customer-facing role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous
- Ability to handle multiple communication channels simultaneously and prioritise effectively
- Strong listening skills and the ability to understand and empathise with customer concerns
- Proficiency with customer service software, CRM systems, and computer applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to service delivery
- Patience, professionalism, and emotional intelligence when dealing with challenging customer situations
- Reliability and punctuality with a commitment to consistent performance
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including shifts that may extend beyond standard business hours
