Job Title:Technical Writer - Data Management and Governance

Location:BGC, Taguig

Work Set-up:Hybrid work arrangement | 2x a week RTO

Job Description:We're looking for a detail-orientedTechnical Writerto join our team! You'll be responsible for crafting clear and concise documentation for our Data Management, Reporting, and Data Governance standards and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain clear, high-quality documentation like user guides, process manuals, and Standard Operating Procedures for Data Management and Governance.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather technical details and simplify complex concepts for all audiences.
• Ensure content supports change management and training efforts across the organization.
• Develop visual aids such as data flow diagrams and process maps to complement written materials.
• Maintain consistent formatting and style, following company standards and best practices.
• Review and revise documentation to ensure accuracy and clarity.
• Stay current on trends in technical writing and data governance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the financial services or technology sector
• Strong understanding of data management concepts, reporting processes, and data governance principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in using documentation tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, content management systems)
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and explain them clearly
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
