- Lead full-cycle General Ledger (GL) accounting and financial reporting
- Manage month-end and year-end close activities with accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare, review, and resolve complex balance sheet reconciliations beyond intercompany transactions
- Handle intricate accounting transactions and ensure correct application of IFRS or US GAAP
- Contribute to process improvements and enhancement of internal control frameworks
- Support local and US tax compliance activities as needed
- Assist with audit requirements and cross-functional financial inquiries
- Collaborate with global stakeholders across multiple regions

The Successful Candidate- Graduate of BS Accountancy (or a related field)
- At least 8 years of strong GL and month-end closing experience
- Background in a multinational corporation or mid-to-large enterprise
- Strong knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP
- Exposure to PH and US tax compliance (preferred)
- Proven ability to handle complex, high-volume reconciliations
- Experience working with internal controls and structured processes
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
