Customer Representative - Associate Role | Accenture Boni

CSR is primarily responsible for providing customer service support according to the scope of work and service level requirements. This includes ensuring call quality and quantitative standards are observed in meeting customer care needs and resolving them in a timely fashion.

Qualifications:

• Open to College graduates, associate degree graduates OR 1 year college completed.
• Accepting applicants with at least 1 yr BPO experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willing to work full-time onsite in Cubao and Mandaluyong (Boni).
• Amenable to shifting schedules and holiday work.

Visit us Monday to Friday, 9AM–4PM (except holidays) at:

• Quezon City: 3rd Floor, Gateway Mall, Cubao (near LRT 2 Araneta Center-Cubao Station)
