OPERATIONS AND PROCUREMENT ASSISTANT

Join our Team as an Operations & Procurement Assistant!

We are looking for detail-oriented and pro-active individual to provide support and assistance to Operations, Sales and Marketing teams.

Duties and Responsibilities may include, but not limited to the following:

• Assists Sales Person for the smooth flow of the Client’s Accounts
• Source items from trusted suppliers (local or imported) for clients requirement
• Directly coordinate all task to suppliers from sourcing, quotation, PO preparation, Payment Request Preparation up to delivery of goods
• Monitor closely the vessel shipment and release of container
• Coordinates delivery from the supplier to client’s warehouse
• Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

• Possess excellent follow up and time management skills.
• Efficient and accurate in computing, costing and auditing of figures.
• With strong Attention to details, analytical and has a sense of urgency.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent local and international product sourcing skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College degree in Finance/Accountancy or Equivalent
• Preferably with 1-4 years experienced, specializing in Operations/Procurement or Equivalent
• Required Language (s): English, Filipino, Chinese is a plus
