Professional Medical Representative | Finance Assistant

Hyphens Pharma Philippines, Inc. is looking for a Professional Medical Representative and Finance Assistant to join our team. We are seeking highly motivated and qualified individuals to fill vacancies in the following areas:

Vacant Territories:

• Cebu | General Santos | Baguio | Mandaluyong | Marikina/Rizal | Pasig/San Juan
• Ensure that the sales targets are achieved through effective and efficient promotion of ethical products to physicians and target specialists.
• Develop and maintain effective professional relationships within the team, the doctors and trade outlets.
• Monitors sales, product movements and inventory levels at the hospitals and pharmacies.
• Demonstrating or presenting products to healthcare staff including doctors, nurses and pharmacists.
• Meeting both the business and scientific needs of healthcare professionals.

• Assist to ensure accurate collaboration and complete documentation in processing Sales Orders.
• Providing effective communication with Logistics Team in all sales and delivery concerns.
• Assist in coordinating with suppliers, customers, regional offices and freight forwarders on orders and shipments status.
• Assist in all Finance and Logistics concerns.
• Assisting the Finance Manager and Associate Manager for Sales and Logistics in sales and logistics coordination, and inventory management.
