Job Summary:

The job is based in BGC, Taguig City and offers an Onsite work arrangement.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Process Optimization and Automation:

• Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and potential areas for automation.
• Design and implement streamlined processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Utilize process mining tools to visualize and optimize complex workflows.
• Lead the Implementation of robotic process automation (RPA) and other automation technologies to increase efficiency and reduce errors.

Change Management:

• Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and processes.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to build support and address concerns.

Governance and Control:

• Establish governance structures and controls to manage risks and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital transformation initiatives.
• Continuously improve processes and technologies to optimize outcomes.
