About the role
We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Cashier/Barista to join our dynamic team at MKS WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT SERVICES INC.' in Cubao, Quezon City. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while efficiently operating the cash register and preparing high-quality beverages.
What you'll be doing- Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently, handling customer transactions with care and attention to detail
- Prepare a variety of coffee, tea, and other specialty beverages to the highest standards
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming work environment
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring each customer's experience is positive and memorable
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed

- Previous experience as a cashier or barista in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide a warm and friendly experience
- Excellent cash handling and mathematical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
