What is the job?

The Workforce Management Analyst will be responsible for overseeing the organization, quality, integrity, and governance of critical alternative investment data within our operational systems.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee organization of fund documents within operational systems.
• Enrich unstructured data into existing data infrastructures.
• Maintain completeness, timeliness and accuracy of relevant investment data through validation and control processes.
• Follow best practices for managing investor information to maintain consistency and ensure compliance with internal standards.
• Collaborate across teams to provide insights from alternative investment data across multiple reporting platforms and systems.
• Continuously look for ways to automate and improve existing processes.
• Maintain and share standard operating procedures.

Qualifications:

• At least one (1) to three (3) data management, analysis, or financial operations
• Skilled in data management tools, including Excel and relevant software applications.
• Possesses foundational knowledge of the alternative investment industry.
• Capable of prioritizing tasks effectively and meeting deadlines under pressure.
• Dedicated to ongoing learning and adapting to evolving technologies and data systems.
• Aware of data-related risks and effective at fostering collaboration and team support.
