Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and executive support to company executives and management
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and schedules
- Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, meeting minutes, and other business documents
- Handle confidential documents, communications, contracts, and company records
- Monitor executive priorities, deadlines, and follow-up tasks to ensure timely completion
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, contractors, project teams, and internal departments regarding operational and project-related matters
- Assist in project monitoring, scheduling, documentation, and operational coordination
- Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and inquiries professionally
- Support procurement, billing, permit processing, and other administrative or operational requirements
- Monitor office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive company matters
- Perform other administrative and operational tasks assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Business Administration, Management, Office Administration, Engineering-related courses, or any relevant field
- Experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role is an advantage
- Fresh graduates with strong organizational and communication skills are welcome to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
- Strong sense of professionalism, initiative, and responsibility
- Able to communicate effectively with clients, executives, and different levels of personnel
- Highly dependable, resourceful, and trustworthy
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience in construction, engineering, or solar industry is an advantage
