E-commerce Management Trainee
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Management Trainee to support day-to-day online operations. This role is ideal for candidates with basic to some hands-on experience in e-commerce who are eager to grow in a fast-paced digital environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Shopify)
- Support product listings, uploads, and content optimization
- Monitor inventory, pricing, and promotions
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for campaigns
- Track sales performance and prepare basic reports
- Ensure smooth order processing and customer experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- With at least some experience or exposure to e-commerce platforms (internship, part-time, or personal store is okay)
- Familiar with online marketplaces and digital selling tools
- Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
