Washing Machine Technician

About the role

This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for growth and development within our expanding business.

1. Diagnose and repair issues with washing machines, including identifying and replacing faulty parts
2. Perform scheduled maintenance and servicing on washing machines to ensure optimal performance
3. Provide professional advice and guidance to customers on the care and maintenance of their washing machines
4. Maintain detailed records of all work completed and parts used
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest washing machine technologies and repair techniques
6. Work collaboratively with the team to provide exceptional customer service

1. Formal qualification in Appliance Repair or a related technical field
2. Minimum 2 years' experience as a Washing Machine Technician or similar role
3. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
4. Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Up-to-date knowledge of the latest washing machine technologies and repair methods
7. Reliable, punctual and committed to delivering high-quality work
