JOB OBJECTIVE/S
The SC Demo is responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service as per company standards, generating sales, merchandising & safeguarding company assets.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service in a professional, courteous and timely manner.
- Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements; Assists with the presentation of window displays, promotional presentations, and sales programs as assigned.
- Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
- Arranges organizes, and displays merchandise; ensures the neat and orderly appearance of sales displays.
- Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock.
- Aid customers in locating merchandise.
- Communicate customer requests to management; Responds to inquiries in an informed and polite manner.
- Assist in ringing up sales at registers and/or bagging merchandise.
- Ensure security of all stocks; helps to prevent damage and theft of merchandise, and preserves materials in saleable condition
- Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by any manager.
- Trustworthy and analytical
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- At least 6 months experience in retail (fashion, apparel, accessories, footwear) as Sales Associate and Stockman
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Very good attention to detail and the ability to prioritize
- Able to work under own initiative as well as part of a team
- Must be committed, enthusiastic, reliable, dependable and flexible
- Happy, extroverted personality who can be assertive when necessary
- Must be willing to roll up his/her sleeves and become directly involved in all aspects of the store
- Visual merchandising experience is a plus
