Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and Pick Up Items: Safely transport documents, packages, and other materials between offices, clients, and partners.
• Route Planning: Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
• Record Keeping: Maintain logs of items received and delivered, recipients' responses, and other relevant records.
• Client Interaction: Obtain signed receipts and confirmation for deliveries and interact professionally with customers.
• Item Security: Take responsibility for the security of high-value or confidential items during transit.
• Address Verification: Conduct address verification to ensure accurate delivery.
• Administrative Support: May be required to assist with other administrative tasks or errands as needed.

Essential Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License: Possess a professional driver's license for a motorcycle.
• Motorcycle Ownership: Own a motorcycle in good running condition.
• Familiarity with Routes: Knowledgeable about local routes and traffic regulations.
• Character Traits: Be honest, reliable, trustworthy, and have a customer-oriented attitude.
• Basic Skills: Possess good communication skills, time management skills, and basic computer literacy.
• Work Ethic: Willing to work under pressure and start as soon as possible.
