We are looking for a highly motivated Cold Outreach Specialist with a proven track record in generating outbound leads and converting cold email outreach into warm opportunities. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in previous roles.

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and driving revenue growth through strategic email outreach, follow-ups, and proposal submissions. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume cold email outreach to generate qualified leads and set appointments with potential clients.
  • Identify and engage with leads on platforms such as Craigslist and Upwork, crafting compelling proposals to convert prospects into opportunities.
  • Develop and implement outbound email strategies to build a pipeline of prospective customers.
  • Research and identify key decision-makers within target industries, personalizing outreach to maximize response rates.
  • Follow up on inbound and outbound leads, nurture relationships, and move prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, document interactions, and manage the email outreach pipeline efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine email templates, messaging strategies, and follow-up sequences.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services to communicate value propositions effectively.
  • Overcome objections and provide tailored solutions to prospective clients to close deals successfully.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting email strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscapes to optimize sales efforts.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in outbound sales, cold email outreach, or lead generation roles.
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and converting leads through email and digital communication.
  • Strong ability to craft compelling emails, build rapport, and communicate persuasively.
  • Experience responding to and converting leads from platforms like Craigslist and Upwork, or is willing to learn.
  • Proficiency with any CRM system and email automation tools.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to prioritize leads and follow-ups efficiently.
  • Experience in a technology or SaaS sales environment is a plus.

Location & Schedule:

Remote work. Your work hours should predominantly overlap with the hours of 9AM until 6PM US Mountain Time (11:00PM to 8:00AM Philippine time).
