Job Opening: Airline Ticketing & Reservation Staff
- Location: Cebu Mactan Airport (On-site, Full-time)
We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Airline Ticketing & Reservation Staff. The role involves handling ticket sales, managing reservations, assisting passengers, ensuring smooth transactions, and coordinating effectively with clients and colleagues.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in Ticketing and Reservations
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in reservation systems and ticketing platforms
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented and accurate
- Experience in the airline or travel industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Travel Management, or related field
- Preferably available to report to work immediately
Additional skills as a plus:
Basic knowledge of using computer as a tool
Has knowledge and experience in using Amadeus or other reservation program
Preferably can speak Mandarin and Fookien language
