Warehouse Documentation Assistant I Onsite

We’re looking for a highly organized and dependable Warehouse Assistant to support our warehouse operations, documentation, and inventory management processes. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, systematic, and capable of maintaining accurate records while ensuring smooth day-to-day warehouse coordination.

• Handle warehouse documentation and inventory records accurately and efficiently
• Monitor, organize, and update inventory movement and stock levels
• Prepare and check items for dispatch based on order requirements
• Assist in receiving, organizing, and storing incoming deliveries
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of warehouse transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage and inventory areas
• Coordinate with delivery personnel and support warehouse operations as needed

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and systematic in handling documentation
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledgeable in inventory monitoring and warehouse coordination
• Proficient in basic Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools is preferred
