JOB DESCRIPTION

Assistant Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for supervising the warehouse staff in the proper handling and storage of raw materials, supplies and operations.

• Supervises the maintenance, cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse area, ensuring its hygienic condition to protect raw materials and supplies from contamination and damage.
• Supervise the performance of warehouse personnel to ensure that daily activities are being accomplished.
• Manages the storage and releasing of all raw materials, items and supplies in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assist in periodic cycle counts, month end inventory reconciling variances and encoding of data.
• Enforce the access control and security measure to ensure the items are protected from theft, fire, flood, etc.
• Ensure the accuracy of receiving and releasing of materials and maintain the records of data entries for traceability.
• Verifies the proper and timely recording of data critical to food safety to permit investigation (traceability) into the history of any product.
• Monitor the level of supplies and coordinate with Warehouse Supervisor to request the replenishment of raw materials.
• Reports food safety incidences and all materials and supplies concerns (spoilages, stock out, damages, pilferages, and other significant issues) to facilitate proper and immediate resolution.Performs job related duties that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.

• Must possess a Bachelor’s or College degree in BS Business Administration, Management, Commerce or any related course.
• Minimum of 2 years job experience in warehousing operations and materials handling.
• Willing to report onsite at Merville Paranaque City.
• Willing to start ASAP.
